TotalEnergies has released its financial results for the third quarter of 2025. The company, which operates in approximately 120 countries, is involved in producing and marketing a range of energies including oil, biofuels, natural gas, biogas, low-carbon hydrogen, renewables, and electricity.

The organization states that it employs over 100,000 people worldwide and emphasizes sustainability as a core aspect of its strategy and operations. According to the company’s statement: “TotalEnergies is a global integrated energy company that produces and markets energies: oil and biofuels, natural gas, biogas and low-carbon hydrogen, renewables and electricity. Our more than 100,000 employees are committed to provide as many people as possible with energy that is more reliable, more affordable and more sustainable. Active in about 120 countries, TotalEnergies places sustainability at the heart of its strategy, its projects and its operations.”

In addition to sharing contact information for media and investor relations teams in Paris, the company included a cautionary note regarding forward-looking statements. It clarified that references to “TotalEnergies,” “TotalEnergies company,” or “Company” refer to TotalEnergies SE along with consolidated entities under its control. The statement also noted: “The entities in which TotalEnergies SE directly or indirectly owns a shareholding are separate legal entities. TotalEnergies SE has no liability for the acts or omissions of these entities.”

The release cautioned that some information may be based on assumptions or economic data subject to change due to risk factors described in filings with French (AMF) and U.S. (SEC) regulators.
