Sopharma sells treasury shares on Bulgarian Stock Exchange

Sofia, Bulgaria – On July 1, 2025, “Sopharma” AD announced the sale of 500 repurchased shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This transaction was conducted in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council. The shares sold represent 0.0003% of the company’s share capital.

The total value of this transaction amounted to BGN 3,600, with an average price per share recorded at BGN 7.20.

Following this sale, “Sopharma” AD now holds a total of 9,413,582 treasury shares. These shares constitute approximately 5.24% of the company’s share capital.
