Sopharma sells treasury shares on Bulgarian Stock Exchange

Sofia, Bulgaria, June 23, 2025 – In compliance with the requirements of Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council, “Sopharma” AD has announced a recent transaction involving its treasury shares. On June 20, 2025, the company sold 500 repurchased own shares. These shares represent approximately 0.0003% of the company’s share capital.

The transaction was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 3,300.00. The average price per share was recorded at BGN 6.60.

Following this sale, Sopharma’s total number of treasury shares now stands at 12,934,782. This figure accounts for about 7.19% of the company’s overall share capital.
