Sopharma sells over fourteen thousand treasury shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, June 19, 2025 – In compliance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council, “Sopharma” AD has announced a recent transaction involving its treasury shares. On June 18, 2025, the company sold a total of 14,132 repurchased own shares. These shares represent approximately 0.01% of the company’s share capital.

The sale was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 91,954.04. The average price per share during this transaction was BGN 6.51.

Following this sale, “Sopharma” AD now holds a total of 12,945,582 treasury shares. This figure accounts for about 7.20% of the company’s overall share capital.
