Sofia, Bulgaria, June 18, 2025 – “Sopharma” AD has announced the sale of 18,000 repurchased own shares on June 17, 2025. This transaction represents 0.01% of the company’s share capital and was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 117,998.44. The average price per share was recorded at BGN 6.56.
Following this transaction, the total number of treasury shares held by “Sopharma” AD is now 12,959,714. These shares account for 7.21% of the company’s share capital.
The notification aligns with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council.
