On June 19, 2025, “Sopharma” AD announced the sale of 10,300 repurchased shares on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. This transaction was conducted in accordance with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council. The shares sold represent 0.01% of the company’s share capital.
The total value of the shares sold amounted to BGN 67,092.00, with an average price per share recorded at BGN 6.51.
Following this sale, “Sopharma” AD holds a total of 12,935,282 treasury shares, which constitutes 7.19% of its share capital.
