Sopharma AD announced the sale of 3,900 treasury shares on August 19, 2025. The transaction was carried out on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 9,603.00, with an average price per share of BGN 2.46.

Following this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 21,033,832 treasury shares. This amount represents 3.90% of the company’s share capital.

According to the company, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) made this notification in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
