Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 7,000 repurchased own shares on July 29, 2025. The transaction took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 17,130.00, with an average price per share of BGN 2.45.

According to the company, these shares represent 0.001% of its share capital. After this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 26,081,600 treasury shares, which is equivalent to 4.84% of its share capital.

The notification was made in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
