Sofia, Bulgaria – Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 81,170 treasury shares on July 18, 2025. The transaction was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 203,088.00, with an average price per share of BGN 2.50.
This sale represents 0.05% of the company’s share capital. Following this transaction, Sopharma holds a total of 8,376,727 treasury shares, which account for 4.66% of its share capital.
The notification complies with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council.
