Sopharma AD sells over sixty-two thousand treasury shares

Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 62,700 treasury shares on August 28, 2025. The transaction was carried out on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 156,660.00, with an average price per share of BGN 2.50. These shares represent 0.01% of the company’s share capital.

Following this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 20,389,441 treasury shares, which accounts for 3.78% of its share capital.

According to the company: “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 28, 2025 the Company sold 62 700 (sixty-two thousand and seven hundred) treasury shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 156 660.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.50.”

The notification was made in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.

After this transaction, “The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 389 441 representing 3.78% of the share capital of the Company.”
