Sopharma AD sells over seventeen thousand treasury shares on Bulgarian Stock Exchange

Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 17,126 treasury shares on August 21, 2025. The transaction was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 41,961.96, with an average price per share of BGN 2.45. These shares represent 0.003% of the company’s share capital.

Following this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 20,948,657 treasury shares, which accounts for 3.89% of its share capital.

According to the company: “According to the requirements of art. 17 of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on August 21, 2025 the Company sold 17 126 (seventeen thousand one hundred and twenty-six) treasury shares representing 0.003% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 41 961.96 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.45.”

The company also stated: “The total number of treasury shares after this transaction is 20 948 657 representing 3.89% of the share capital of the Company.”
