Sopharma AD reports sale of treasury shares totaling BGN 27,500

Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 11,000 treasury shares on July 22, 2025. The transaction took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at an average price of BGN 2.50 per share, resulting in a total value of BGN 27,500.00.

The company stated that these sold shares represent 0.01% of its share capital. After this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 8,365,727 treasury shares, which accounts for 4.65% of its share capital.

According to the company’s notification: “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 22, 2025 the Company sold 11 000 (eleven thousand) repurchased own shares representing 0.01% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 27 500.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.50.

The disclosure is made in line with article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 concerning market abuse and transparency requirements for listed companies.

After this transaction, Sopharma AD’s remaining treasury shares stand at over eight million units.
