Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 11,000 treasury shares on July 28, 2025. The transaction took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 26,510.00, with an average price per share of BGN 2.41.

The company stated: “Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on July 28, 2025 the Company sold 11 000 (eleven thousand) repurchased own shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 26 510.00 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.41.”

Following this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 26,088,600 treasury shares. This amount now accounts for approximately 4.84% of its share capital.
