Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 49,801 treasury shares on August 26, 2025. The transaction was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 123,510.05, with an average price per share of BGN 2.48.
These shares represent approximately 0.01% of the company’s share capital. Following this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 20,495,541 treasury shares, which accounts for about 3.80% of its share capital.
The company made this notification in accordance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
