Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 32,700 treasury shares on July 25, 2025. The transaction was conducted on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 79,089.00, with an average price per share of BGN 2.42. These shares represent 0.01% of the company’s share capital.

Following this sale, Sopharma AD now holds a total of 26,099,600 treasury shares, which accounts for 4.84% of its share capital.

The notification complies with article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
