According to the company, these shares represent 0.0004% of its share capital. After this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 26,057,700 treasury shares, which accounts for 4.83% of its share capital.
The disclosure was made in line with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council.
