Sopharma AD has announced the sale of 6,000 treasury shares on August 6, 2025. The transaction took place on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at an average price of BGN 2.43 per share, amounting to a total value of BGN 14,580.00. The shares sold represent 0.001% of the company’s share capital.

Following this sale, Sopharma AD now holds a total of 21,432,370 treasury shares, which accounts for 3.98% of its share capital.

The notification was made in compliance with Article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council.
