Sopharma AD reports sale of nearly twelve thousand treasury shares

Sopharma AD announced that it has sold 11,987 treasury shares on September 11, 2025. The transaction was carried out on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange at a total value of BGN 32,484.77, with an average price per share of BGN 2.71.

The company stated that these shares represent 0.002% of its share capital. Following this sale, Sopharma AD holds a total of 20,104,079 treasury shares, which accounts for 3.73% of its share capital.

“Sopharma” AD (SFA: Bulgarian Stock Exchange, SPH: Warsaw Stock Exchange) notifies that on September 11, 2025 the Company sold 11 987 (eleven thousand nine hundred and eighty-seven) treasury shares representing 0.002% of the share capital of the Company, at a total value of BGN 32 484.77 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange, the average price per share was BGN 2.71.”

The company made this notification in line with article 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 by the European Parliament and Council.

The remaining number of treasury shares after this transaction stands at over twenty million.
