Sopharma AD corrects notification on sale of repurchased shares

Sofia, Bulgaria, July 25, 2025 – In compliance with art. 17 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and Council, Sopharma AD has issued a correction to its notification regarding sold repurchased shares. The corrected document is identified by the outgoing number 194-00-79/25.07.2025.

On July 24, 2025, Sopharma AD sold a total of 22,973 repurchased own shares. These shares represent 0.004% of the company’s share capital and were sold at a total value of BGN 56,723.85 on the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. The average price per share was BGN 2.47.

Following this transaction, the total number of treasury shares held by Sopharma AD is now 26,132,300, which constitutes 4.85% of the company’s share capital.
