Siemens and COIMA revamp Milan’s Pirelli 35 for energy efficiency

Siemens and COIMA have collaborated to transform the Pirelli 35 building in Milan into a smart, energy-efficient landmark. This commercial building, located in the Porta Nuova district, now delivers energy savings of 60%, reducing CO₂ emissions by 2,000 tons annually.

The Pirelli 35 building has already achieved significant recognition for its environmental standards. It has been awarded LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications and has also received the nZEB labeling.

This transformation highlights the commitment of Siemens and COIMA to sustainable development and energy efficiency in urban architecture.
