SAP SE has finalized its acquisition of SmartRecruiters, a company specializing in enterprise-level talent acquisition software. The move is intended to strengthen SAP’s position in the human capital management sector by integrating SmartRecruiters’ platform with the SAP SuccessFactors suite.

The integration aims to provide enterprises with improved tools for managing hiring processes, including sourcing, onboarding, and workforce planning. The combined offering will feature AI-enabled recruiting capabilities designed to accelerate time-to-hire and enhance candidate experiences. Existing customers of SmartRecruiters will retain the option to use its solutions alongside SAP or other HCM systems.
