Philippine Airlines (PAL) has renewed and expanded its agreement with Airbus for Flight Hour Services (FHS), extending maintenance and operational support across its A350, A330 Family, and A320 Family aircraft. The new contract covers nine A350-1000s, 11 A330 Family aircraft, and 43 from the A320 Family. It includes component support through standard exchange, repairs, reliability and engineering services, as well as on-site stock at PAL’s Manila base.

The partnership between Airbus FHS and Philippine Airlines began in 2018 with a contract for the airline’s A350-900 fleet. In 2022, the agreement was extended to include the carrier’s A320 and A330 fleets.

Anand Stanley, President of Airbus Asia-Pacific, stated: “We thank Philippine Airlines for extending its Flight Hour Services agreements across its entire Airbus fleet to cover the A350, A330 Family and A320 Family. This demonstrates the strength of our long-standing partnership and our shared commitment to operational excellence. By delivering comprehensive component support and on-site services in Manila, we are helping PAL optimise fleet performance while benefiting from predictable, long-term maintenance costs.”

Airbus FHS aims to help airlines improve fleet performance while keeping operating costs manageable by offering flexible maintenance solutions based on global expertise and data-driven insights.
