Medtronic declares $0.71 cash dividend for Q2 fiscal year 2026

Medtronic plc announced that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend for the second quarter of fiscal year 2026. The dividend, set at $0.71 per ordinary share, will be payable on October 17, 2025, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 26, 2025. This quarterly dividend aligns with the company’s previously announced increase in May 2025.

Medtronic has maintained a record of increasing its annual dividend payment for the past 48 consecutive years and is included in the S&P 500 Dividend Aristocrats index.
