The Italian Stock Market Opportunities Conference, organized by Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI Corporate & Investment Banking Division, has concluded its 2025 edition. The event took place across four financial centers: Milan, Paris, Lugano, and Madrid. This year, the conference facilitated meetings between 31 listed Italian companies and 110 institutional investors in over 270 sessions.

Andrea Mayr, Head of Client Coverage & Advisory at Intesa Sanpaolo’s IMI CIB Division, stated that “international interest in Italian companies continues to grow,” highlighting the quality and resilience of Italy’s corporate landscape. The conference provides a platform for mid- and small-cap Italian companies to present their financial results and strategies to international investors.

Mayr further commented on the significance of the event: “With the Italian Stock Market Opportunities Conference, we continue to support the internationalisation of Italian companies by facilitating concrete dialogue with institutional investors.” She emphasized that this initiative is part of broader efforts by IMI CIB to connect international capital with Italian businesses.

The project was supported by Intesa Sanpaolo’s Equity Research and Corporate Broking Research teams along with the IMI CIB Division’s Equity Sales unit. This collaboration underscores Intesa Sanpaolo’s commitment to enhancing corporate support services as outlined in its 2022–2025 Business Plan.
