The certification follows an independent review of organizational practices, covering areas such as business strategy, leadership, employee experience, digital HR solutions, wellbeing, and inclusion. The results are benchmarked both at European and global levels.
This year’s evaluation showed that Ignitis Group outperformed the overall benchmark in all assessed categories. According to the audit, the company made its most significant progress in organizational change management and employee experience management compared to last year. This improvement reflects a more integrated approach to managing employees throughout their careers.
The assessment also highlighted opportunities for further development within Ignitis Group. Specifically, it identified leadership development effectiveness measurement and enhancements to the digital HR ecosystem as key areas for future focus.
