On November 24, 2025, six companies from the Baltic region were recognized at the Nasdaq closing bell ceremony in Times Square, New York. Among them, Ignitis Group received the award for best investor relations company in Lithuania for the second consecutive year.

The event aimed to highlight companies that stood out in the Nasdaq Baltic Awards 2025 for their achievements in transparency, corporate governance, and investor relations. The selection of laureates was based on publicly available information, trading activity, and evaluations by market participants.

Companies honored at the ceremony included Ignitis Group and Neo Finance from Lithuania; CleanR Grupa and Latvenergo from Latvia; and LHV Group and Tallink Grupp from Estonia.

Ainė Riffel Grinkevičienė, Chief of Staff to CFO and Head of Investor Relations at Ignitis Group, stated: “This award confirms that we are fostering an open and transparent investor communication with a focus on consistency and accountability. Our priority is to strengthen trust in the activities of Ignitis Group and to ensure information’s reliability and accessibility to all market participants.”

The Nasdaq bell ringing is recognized as a symbolic tradition within financial markets. The ceremony offers companies international exposure and an opportunity to present their achievements to investors worldwide.

Organizers note that such awards contribute to building confidence in the Baltic capital market. They also encourage good governance practices and underline advances in the region’s financial systems both locally and internationally.

Kaarel Ots, Head of Nasdaq Baltic Exchanges, hosted the ceremony in New York.
