Ferrari has achieved a significant milestone by winning the 24 Hours of Le Mans for the third consecutive year. The victory in the 93rd edition of this prestigious French endurance race was secured by Ferrari’s number 83 car, driven by Yifei Ye, Phil Hanson, and Robert Kubica. They crossed the finish line in the AF Corse team’s Giallo Modena-liveried car.
The fourth round of the 2025 FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC) saw another Ferrari team on the podium. The number 51 car, with drivers Alessandro Pier Guidi, James Calado, and Antonio Giovinazzi, finished third. Meanwhile, Ferrari’s number 50 car, driven by Antonio Fuoco, Miguel Molina, and Nicklas Nielsen, also had a commendable performance.
Ferrari Chairman John Elkann and CEO Benedetto Vigna were present at the event to celebrate this achievement with their team among an audience of 332,000 spectators.
With this victory, Ferrari earns the right to keep the winners’ trophy permanently—a privilege granted to those who win three consecutive editions of Le Mans. This latest success follows wins in previous years: Fuoco-Molina-Nielsen in 2024 and Pier Guidi-Calado-Giovinazzi during the Centenary edition in 2023.
This triumph marks Ferrari’s twelfth overall win at Le Mans since their first victory in 1949. It is also their first streak of three consecutive victories since they won six times between 1960 and 1965 with cars like the legendary Ferrari 250 LM.
In addition to its success at Le Mans this season, Ferrari has claimed victories at other championship rounds held in Lusail (Qatar), Imola (Italy), and Spa (Belgium). These results have contributed to a total of seven overall wins for their current racing model—the Ferrari 499P—since its debut.
Ferrari now leads both world manufacturers’ championship standings with a total of 202 points—111 points ahead of Toyota—and world drivers’ standings led by Pier Guidi-Calado-Giovinazzi with 105 points. In second place are Ye-Kubica-Hanson with 89 points followed by Fuoco-Molina-Nielsen at third place with 81 points. AF Corse continues to lead in the FIA World Cup for Hypercar Teams with a tally of 138 points.
