The 93rd edition of the 24 Hours of Le Mans concluded at the Circuit de la Sarthe, drawing over 332,000 fans and enthusiasts. The number 21 Ferrari 296 LMGT3 of Vista AF Corse secured second place in the LMGT3 class, consistently staying among the front-runners.
Alessio Rovera, Ferrari’s official driver, drove the car to the finish line. He shared driving duties with François Heriau and Simon Mann. After a strong start by Heriau, both Mann and Rovera maintained their position, securing a podium finish and valuable points in the FIA World Endurance Championship standings.
Among other Prancing Horse entries was the number 57 Kessel Racing Ferrari, which finished eighth. Official driver Daniel Serra shared driving with Takeshi Kimura and Casper Stevenson. The number 150 Richard Mille AF Corse entry finished eleventh after an incident dropped them back in the field. Lilou Wadoux shared this car with Custodio Toledo and Riccardo Agostini.
The number 193 Ziggo Sport Tempesta Ferrari finished fourteenth despite a technical issue during the night. Drivers Jonathan Hui, Christopher Froggatt, and Eddie Cheever III resolved it skillfully.
Vista AF Corse’s sister car faced challenges due to a technical problem that led to retirement from the race. Until then, drivers Davide Rigon, Francesco Castellacci, and Thomas Flohr were performing well.
Attention now turns to the next round of the FIA World Endurance Championship on July 13 in São Paulo, Brazil.
