Vladimir Dudin has been appointed as the new general director of Ertis Hydrometallurgical Plant LLP. With over 26 years of experience in construction, energy, management, and administration, Dudin brings expertise in large-scale projects, including autoclave oxidation technology.
Dudin is a graduate of Kaliningrad State Technical University. Before this appointment, he led the Amursk branch of Polymetal Managing Company JSC, overseeing the development of the second phase of the Amursk Hydrometallurgical Plant (Amursk POX). From 2014 to 2017, he managed the logistics division at Bakyrchik mining enterprise under Solidcore Resources.
“We welcome Vladimir Dudin to Solidcore Resources. The team led by Vladimir Dudin worked hard and well-coordinated to ensure the successful launch of the second stage of Amursk POX. His experience will be invaluable to the development and launch of Ertis POX,” stated Vitaly Nesis, CEO of Solidcore Resources.
Arman Beisembinov, who previously held the position at Ertis Hydrometallurgical Plant LLP, has been named Deputy General Director responsible for interactions with government agencies and the public.
Ertis POX is an investment project by Solidcore Resources and is one of 17 major projects within Kazakhstan’s metallurgical and petrochemical sectors. The plant aims to process high-carbon sulfide gold-containing concentrates locally, enabling a complete cycle of refined gold production in Kazakhstan using autoclave oxidation technology.
Solidcore Resources’ portfolio includes two operating gold mines and a promising growth project. The company employs over 3,000 people.
