Luca Cavalletto and Marco Rastelli are two notable figures in the energy sector, each holding significant positions within their respective organizations. Luca Cavalletto serves as the Head of the Asset Management Department of the Smart Infrastructures Business Unit at a2a Group. Born in 1984, Cavalletto graduated from the University of Padua with a Specialist Degree in Electrical Engineering in 2008. His career began with research on electric mobility powered by hydrogen fuel cells before he joined the Enel Group in 2009, focusing on electricity distribution networks across northern Italy. Since joining a2a Group in 2017, he has been instrumental in setting implementation standards, technical specifications, technological development projects, and training programs within his department.

Marco Rastelli holds the position of Head of Electrification & Automation Smart Infrastructure at Siemens Italy. A graduate in Mechanical Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, Rastelli brings over 25 years of experience from multinational organizations. His early career was marked by roles at Alstom Power Italia S.p.a., where he rose to Director of Thermal Services Project Management for South East Europe by 2009. He later moved to Alstom Ferroviaria S.p.a., ultimately becoming Managing Director of Systems & Infrastructure business in Italy by 2018. Joining Siemens in 2019, Rastelli now leads efforts to develop innovative products and solutions for medium voltage power distribution across Italy, Greece, Malta, and Cyprus.
