Derazona Helicopters receives first Airbus H160 for Southeast Asian energy market

Airbus Helicopters has delivered its first H160 helicopter to Derazona Helicopters in Indonesia. This delivery marks the introduction of the H160 model into both Indonesia and the broader Southeast Asian energy sector. The new helicopter will be used for offshore energy operations, as well as utility and commercial passenger transportation.

Bapak Ramadi Widyardiono, Director of Production at Derazona Helicopters, commented on the milestone: “The arrival of our first H160 marks an exciting chapter for Derazona Helicopters. As the pioneer operator of this aircraft for energy missions in Southeast Asia, we are eager to deploy its unique capabilities to serve our various clients with the highest levels of safety and efficiency. The H160’s proven performance will be key to reinforcing our position as a leader in helicopter services in Southeast Asia.”

The H160 is designed with advanced technology aimed at increasing operational safety and comfort within its class. It is capable of supporting a range of missions such as law enforcement, offshore transport, search and rescue operations, private and business aviation needs, and emergency medical services. The model is already in use across several countries including Brazil, Canada, China, France, India, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, United Kingdom, United States and various European nations.
