The “Pirelli 35” commercial building in Milan’s Porta Nuova district delivers energy savings of 60%, reducing CO2 emissions by 2,000 tons annually. This iconic building has achieved LEED Platinum and WELL Gold certifications along with nZEB labeling. Additionally, “GIOIA 22” stands out as one of Milan’s most recognizable visual landmarks within its business district. It is noted for being Italy’s first nearly-zero-energy-building (nZEB) labeled tower.
