ArcelorMittal has announced the publication of third quarter 2025 sell-side analyst consensus figures. The data is compiled using estimates recorded on an external platform managed by Visible Alpha, an independent company.

Visible Alpha aggregates expectations from approximately 15 brokers who regularly cover ArcelorMittal. For the current consensus, 12 brokers updated their estimates through the platform. According to ArcelorMittal, these analysts follow the company independently and ArcelorMittal does not influence their views or participate in collecting or compiling the estimates.

The company stated that “the information provided by Visible Alpha cited herein is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranty of any kind. Visible Alpha further explicitly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.”

ArcelorMittal emphasized that “the consensus estimate is based on estimates, forecasts and predictions made by third party financial analysts… It is not prepared based on information provided or checked by ArcelorMittal and can only be seen as a consensus view on ArcelorMittal’s results from an outside perspective.” The company also noted it has not contributed input to these forecasts except through previously disclosed public information.

The statement cautioned that actual future results may differ due to various risks and uncertainties discussed in periodic reports available on http://corporate.arcelormittal.com/.
