ArcelorMittal has published the sell-side analyst consensus figures for the second quarter of 2025. The data is compiled using an external tool managed by Visible Alpha, an independent company. According to ArcelorMittal, the consensus aggregates estimates from approximately 15 brokers who regularly cover the company, with 11 brokers having updated their estimates in Visible Alpha for this period.

The company clarified that these analysts follow ArcelorMittal on their own initiative and that it does not influence their views or participate in collecting or compiling the estimates.

A disclaimer provided by Visible Alpha states: “The information provided by Visible Alpha cited herein is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ without warranty of any kind. Use of any Visible Alpha data is at a user’s own risk and Visible Alpha disclaims any liability for use of the Visible Alpha data. Although the information is obtained or compiled from reliable sources Visible Alpha neither can nor does guarantee or make any representation or warranty, either express or implied, as to the accuracy, validity, sequence, timeliness, completeness or continued availability of any information or data, including third-party content, made available herein. In no event shall Visible Alpha be liable for any decision made or action or inaction taken in reliance on any information or data, including third-party content. Visible Alpha further explicitly disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.”

ArcelorMittal noted that these consensus figures are based on third-party forecasts and are not prepared using its own internal information. The company stated it has not checked these forecasts and only refers to past publicly disclosed information when necessary. It emphasized that it does not accept responsibility for the quality or accuracy of individual forecasts.

The statement also highlighted that forward-looking statements may appear on its web page and actual results could differ due to various risks and uncertainties discussed in ArcelorMittal’s periodic reports available at http://corporate.arcelormittal.com/.
