Allianz reports strong financial results for 2024 with focus on sustainability

Allianz Group, a global insurance and asset management company, operates in nearly 70 countries. The company provides a variety of insurance services to both private individuals and corporate clients, including property, life, health, assistance, credit, and global business insurance.

As of June 30, 2025, Allianz manages approximately 749 billion euros on behalf of its insurance customers. Its asset management arms—PIMCO and Allianz Global Investors—handle about 1.8 trillion euros in third-party assets. In 2024, the group reported a total business volume of 179.8 billion euros and an operating profit of 16.0 billion euros with more than 156,000 employees worldwide.

The company emphasizes the integration of ecological and social criteria into its business processes and investment decisions. This approach has positioned Allianz among the leaders in the insurance sector within the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.
