Allianz Group highlights sustainability efforts amid strong financial performance

The Allianz Group, a prominent name in the insurance and asset management sectors, serves approximately 128 million private and corporate clients across nearly 70 countries. The company offers a wide array of services, including property, life, health insurance, assistance services, credit insurance, and global business insurance.

Allianz is recognized as one of the largest investors globally. It manages around 768 billion euros on behalf of its insurance customers. Additionally, its asset managers PIMCO and Allianz Global Investors oversee about 1.9 trillion euros in third-party assets.

The group integrates ecological and social criteria into its business processes and investment decisions. This approach has positioned Allianz among the leaders in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index within the insurance industry.

In 2024, Allianz reported a total business volume of 179.8 billion euros with an operating profit of 16.0 billion euros. The company employs over 156,000 individuals worldwide.
