Allianz Group, a major global insurer and asset manager, operates in nearly 70 countries. The company provides a wide range of insurance products for individuals and businesses, including property, life, health, assistance services, credit insurance, and global business insurance. Allianz also manages significant assets for its customers.

The company reports that it manages about 749 billion euros in assets for its insurance clients as of June 30, 2025. In addition to this, its asset management subsidiaries PIMCO and Allianz Global Investors oversee approximately 1.8 trillion euros in third-party assets.

Allianz emphasizes the integration of ecological and social factors into its business processes and investment decisions. This approach has contributed to its position as a leader within the insurance industry on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index.

In 2024, Allianz employed more than 156,000 people worldwide. The group reported a total business volume of 179.8 billion euros and an operating profit of 16.0 billion euros for that year.
