Siemens and AcegasApsAmga have partnered to enhance the stability of Trieste’s energy grid as it becomes more complex. The collaboration involves using Siemens’ Gridscale X technology, which allows for the creation of a digital twin of the energy grid.
The digital twin will enable AcegasApsAmga to simulate, monitor, and manage energy flows in real time. This approach aims to provide critical visibility over the grid’s operations.
This initiative is expected to support better management of the increasing demands on Trieste’s energy infrastructure.
