Accenture and SAP have announced a strategic expansion of their partnership with the launch of ADVANCE. This initiative aims to provide organizations, particularly those with annual revenues up to $5 billion, a pathway to the cloud. The collaboration focuses on creating connected, intelligent, and responsive enterprises.
The two companies are leveraging over four decades of experience working with large organizations to facilitate business transformation through streamlined finance, procurement, supply chain, and workforce management services. These services are delivered via preconfigured packages that combine SAP Business Suite’s applications, data, and AI capabilities with Accenture’s expertise in industry innovation and operations.
Julie Sweet, chair and CEO of Accenture, stated: “This expansion of our longstanding partnership with SAP will tailor leading technologies, industry insights and innovation to meet the specific demands of high-growth companies to help them reinvent, thrive and grow.” Christian Klein, CEO of SAP SE added: “To drive real transformation, companies need technology and services that help them move faster, operate more efficiently and scale with confidence.”
The ADVANCE offerings are designed for quick implementation within six to twelve months. They aim to modernize businesses while providing contextual data insights for predictable outcomes. The solutions focus on simplicity by streamlining systems; security through reliable operations; speed via rightsized solutions; and future-readiness by responding quickly to market changes.
Accenture plans to invest in a dedicated practice involving go-to-market professionals certified in SAP SaaS products. These professionals will work closely with SAP specialists to deliver tailored packages focused on improving workflows while lowering costs.
Both Accenture and SAP offer additional services such as change readiness management, cybersecurity solutions among others.
