AB InBev has been named the World’s Most Effective Marketer by Effie Worldwide for the fourth consecutive year. This recognition highlights AB InBev’s focus on growing its megabrands through consumer-centric marketing and effective strategies that yield results.

The Global Effie Index ranks the most effective agencies, marketers, and brands across various industry sectors worldwide. The ranking is derived from data collected from over 50 Effie Awards competitions in 125 markets globally.

“The Global Effie Index recognizes the companies and brands that are setting the pace for marketing effectiveness around the world,” said Traci Alford, Global CEO of Effie Worldwide. “To lead the Index is to consistently deliver work that not only engages but drives measurable business growth. AB InBev’s fourth consecutive year as the top-ranked marketer is a remarkable demonstration of what it means to embed effectiveness into the core of a global organization.”

Besides being named the #1 Most Effective Marketer globally, AB InBev also received similar recognition in Latin America and the Middle East & Africa. In 2024, AB InBev won a total of 216 Effie Awards, including Global Grand, Global Grand Contender, and Grand honors, along with 18 Gold Awards. The highest accolade was a Grand Platinum for their Club Premium influencer marketing campaign developed with agency partners Draftline and MarketGate in Ecuador.

“We build brands with a focus on consumer-centricity and marketing effectiveness,” said Marcel Marcondes, Global Chief Marketing Officer at AB InBev. “To be named the #1 Most Effective Marketer by Effie Worldwide reflects the hard work and dedication of our teams and partners and their commitment to driving growth.”

Effie’s announcement comes after recent acknowledgments of AB InBev’s creativity and brand growth from Kantar BrandZ, WARC, The Drum, and Brand Finance.
